To Become a Sponsor
If you would like to sponsor the ORRRC Xenia Marathon and Half-Marathon, please email Rebekah at sponsorship@runxenia.com and let her know which sponsorship level you are interested in. She will work with you to set up the sponsorship and secure the benefits listed below.

Important Notes
The below benefits are the planned benefits for each level of sponsorship, however, the benefits may change at the race directors discretion or based on external factors (e.g. if your sponsorship comes in after shirts are printed). If the benefits change, the race directors and sponsorship team will make every effort to provide your organization with a fair settlement.
Non-cash donations or combination cash/non-cash donations equivalent to these values may receive like consideration
$1000+ Sponsorship (Platinum Level)
Sponsors will headline in all advertising, website placement, T-shirt billing, and signage for the race
Name / logo on Marathon website with top-line billing and link to website and logo placed on RunSignUp registration info pages
Logo on race shirt with top billing
Sign or banner permitted event
Business logo displayed on signage at all packet pickups and all pre/post race locations
Business announced during pre-race instructions
Placement of company logo and an offer/discount to the participants in their ePacket (e-mail sent out approximately one week before the race)
Booth/table set up at packet pick up, race day morning and at post race meal (no tents permitted at post race meal location)
Social Media posts to promote your business within the running community

$500 Sponsorship (Gold Level)
